BabyFit courses are taught by Kate Coulson and inspired by her two children. Kate has been teaching fitness since 1995 and became interested in ante and postnatal fitness when she was pregnant with her son. She soon became aware of the huge benefits of yoga and pilates for birth and beyond, and so BabyFit was born.

Kate says: “I’ve been doing yoga with Tana and India since before they were born so they are really the inspiration behind BabyFit. They now both come to my toddler yoga classes and I believe get a lot out of the yoga we do together. I strongly believe that yoga has had a positive influence on me and my children. Try it!”
