BabyFit offers the only pregnancy yoga classes in Norwich that are specially adapted for the different stages of pregnancy. Your body and needs change radically throughout pregnancy so your yoga should too!

Early pregnancy yoga takes you through your second trimester, which is often a time of renewed energy after the fatigue and nausea of the first months. Our aim is to build a practical and functional fitness for everyday tasks like pushing a buggy and carrying a car seat. There will also be an emphasis on stretching and relaxation.

From 14-28 weeks (at the start of the course). A six-week course costs £50 including all equipment. No experience necessary.
