Courses for early pregnancy (from 14 weeks) and late pregnancy (28-40 weeks). The early pregnancy course is slightly more energetic, looking at building strength and stamina as well as breathing and relaxation. The late pregnancy course is more gentle with a real focus on breathing and labour.

A six-week course costs £50 including all equipment (stability balls, mats, cushions, blocks, blankets), handouts and refreshments. You just need to bring yourself and wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch in.
