BabyFit offers the only pregnancy yoga classes in Norwich that are specially adapted for the different trimesters. Your body and needs change dramatically throughout pregnancy so it is only right that your yoga should too!
Once your pregnancy is fully established at 14 weeks, Early Pregnancy Yoga takes you through the second trimester, building energy and strengthening your changing body. Late Pregnancy Yoga (28 weeks+)  eases you towards the big day, teaching you how to breathe and relax and preparing your body and mind for birth.

Come to a Childbirth Preparation Workshop. Dads love them!

All courses cost £50 for six weeks and take place at various venues around Norwich. Suitable from 14 weeks, no experience necessary, and you can switch to a different course as your pregnancy progresses.
