Debbie is an extremely knowledgable personal trainer with a specific interest in pregnancy, postnatal and women’s health. She has so much knowledge and I recommend her classes to anyone who is pregnant - you will not regret it. I have done all of her different pregnancy/baby classes over my 3 pregnancies and the knowledge, support and confidence I have had from her has made such a huge difference to my parenting journey, especially during pregnancy and birth. The phrase 'above and beyond' could have invented for Debbie. Her knowledge is incredible and she is both willing and able to give advice on just about anything you can think of to do with birth, parenting or fitness, and is always happy to answer extra questions, reply to messages or just be a listening ear. Her classes aren't just a yoga or exercise class. They are basically exercise, birth prep and a support group all rolled into one, especially her yoga classes.
