At BabyFit, I’m passionate about supporting you through every step of your motherhood journey. Personal training sessions are more than just exercise; they’re a connection to ensure every health and wellbeing box is ticked. These sessions offer one-to-one guidance specifically for the phase of pregnancy and motherhood you are experiencing, whether that be feeling strong and comfortable during pregnancy to rebuilding post birth.

With a blend of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises tailored just for you, our personal training sessions promise to meet you where you are on your fitness journey.

Beyond Fitness

Our training goes beyond physical workouts. It’s about creating a space to feel comfortable and confident as you focus on yourself, breaking down barriers and meeting your body where it is currently at. These sessions are your time to rejuvenate, connect with your body, and feel the best you can.

  • I don't know if I can even start to explain how valuable this course has been to me as a mum to be (although there are several second time mums that attended too) but I'll try... I chose to attend the early and late pregnancy yoga course and repeat both courses, each course is six weeks, so I attended for 24 weeks. In this time I learnt some of the most important information in my pregnancy journey. The start of each session provided the opportunity to talk about how our week had been, Debbie always had a knowledgeable and reassuring word for each of us as we spoke about both good and bad days of our week, giving us honest tips and information to support us through that particular point of our pregnancy. Debbie has So much education behind her so her support and suggestions always made me feel relaxed and educated. The sessions helped me keep moving though my pregnancy right up until the last moment! It helped keep me mobile and also provided the opportunity to not only relax but increase my confidence and self belief that I can birth my baby with all the information at hand, reminding me that I have son much choice. I also made friends there too. The positions and exercises are created to help you to move in the early stages of birthing and also beyond into fourth trimester, they are not always easy but that felt good! I loved knowing that I was doing something amazing for my baby and I. I honestly feel that Debbie and these sessions helped instill calmness and confidence throughout my pregnancy. I would highly recommend attending these classes! Thanks Debbie for all of your support and guidance!

    I did pregnancy aquafit with Debbie the whole way throughout my pregnancy and not only did I stay fit and enjoy the classes enormously I also learnt alot about my body, pregnancy and birth!

  • I am so glad i came across Debbies pregnancy aquafit and yoga classes. They have been without a doubt the best thing i have done for my pregnancy. I literally want to stay pregnant so i can carry on with the aquafit classes! I feel sad that next week will be my last one, i will really miss it as I love it so much. It helped my mental health no end, not to mention my physical health. It was very uplifting and i look forward to it each week. Debbie is an amazing person and so passionate about what she does. Highly recommend to any pregnant woman.

    Debbie reassured and supported me in pregnancy as I navigated continuing to exercise in pregnancy. She is highly knowledgeable, supportive and kind. I loved attending her pregnancy yoga class - it helped me learn stretches to support my pelvis and optimise baby’s position for birth. If you’re looking for support to continue exercising in pregnancy in the way that works for you or for support with pregnancy aches and pains and keeping mobile with yoga I couldn’t recommend Debbie more highly 🧡

  • I wish I’d found Debbie in my first pregnancy. I attended Buoyancy BumpFit and Pregnancy Yoga in my second pregnancy and loved both of these and know they helped me to birth my second daughter physiologically and with minimal intervention both during pregnancy and labour. Debbie is an advocate for pregnant women and is so supportive of those wanting to maintain physical activity throughout. Her passion shines through and she clearly loves her job and cares for the women she works with. Not only did she encourage me to complete a 10km event, she joined me and supported me for every step! I’d 100% recommend her and her classes to anyone I know x

    Debbie's classes have been amazing. I have attended Bump Yoga, Buoyancy Bumpfit and now Baby Yoga. Her classes have given me knowledge and research options to assist with my pregnancy/birth and forth trimester and gave me the confidence to continue exercising throughout my pregnancy and ongoing. My little girl also enjoys the baby yoga 🙂
