The journey to motherhood is as enriching as it is challenging, and that is exactly what bump yoga+ encapsulates. These 90 minute classes aim to guide you through your pregnancy feeling comfortable, calm and confident, whilst gaining knowledge and information on your birth preparation journey.

BabyFit’s Bump Yoga+ classes were designed and crafted for expecting individuals who seek to support the physical changes to their body, as it nurtures inner growth and development. I welcome everyone, whether you’re about to become a mother for the first time or are expanding your family once again. My classes provide a warm, inviting and non-judgemental space for you to embrace movement that works alongside your body during the weeks and months of pregnancy. These classes include prenatal yoga and Pilates that help maintain optimal movement and balance, adapting to your changing body along the way.

I understand the daily challenges of fitting it all in and so these weekly classes are conveniently located and designed to gift you and your body with the opportunity to disconnect from the outside world, allowing yourself to focus on nothing else apart from you and baby.

Why Bump Yoga+?

Bump Yoga+ classes are more than just 60 minutes of prenatal yoga. They blend a beautiful mixture of adapted yoga and Pilates, as well as include movement and exercise from the advanced trainings having been completed with both Spinning Babies and Biomechanics for Birth. These 90 minute classes ensure you have dedicated time to deepen your connection with yourself and your baby, offering not only exercise and movement but antenatal information and education, as well as time to destress and relax.

They are a sanctuary for your changing body and an anchor for your bustling mind. They cut through the volume of misinformation and opinions and enable you to celebrate, prepare, and embrace the motherhood journey, tapping into your strength, beauty and power.

    Debbie reassured and supported me in pregnancy as I navigated continuing to exercise in pregnancy. She is highly knowledgeable, supportive and kind. I loved attending her pregnancy yoga class - it helped me learn stretches to support my pelvis and optimise baby’s position for birth. If you’re looking for support to continue exercising in pregnancy in the way that works for you or for support with pregnancy aches and pains and keeping mobile with yoga I couldn’t recommend Debbie more highly 🧡

    The best baby bump class in Norwich. The slow relaxing yet beneficial movements we were told to do were essential to birthing my baby. Very knowledgeable and calming instructor, Debbie is super personable and easy to talk to. The class helped me massively and I took the steps and info I learned in class right from birth and way beyond! Highly recommend.

  • I’ll forever be greatful to Debbie! I saw Debbie for Pregnancy Yoga and Aqua Fit! Not only did these classes help me prepare for the birth, but Debbie’s knowledge and kind manner shined through in every class! I also made a group of solid friends at the time we needed each other most (Covid) During labour I thought of Debbie, and all the ways she taught me to stay calm and in control.     I have done Debbie’s pregnancy yoga, baby yoga, birth preparation workshop and pregnancy buoyancy bumpfit. Debbie is an extremely knowledgable personal trainer with a specific interest in pregnancy, postnatal and women’s health. She has so much knowledge and I recommend her classes to anyone who is pregnant - you will not regret it. Her classes kept me fit and mobile during my pregnancies and her knowledge is ultimately why I had a home birth, which was such a positive experience compared to my first hospital birth. I would not have had the courage to do this without her support and knowledge. If you’re thinking of trying a class - don’t think twice just do it, you won’t regret it!

    I am so glad i came across Debbies pregnancy aquafit and yoga classes. They have been without a doubt the best thing i have done for my pregnancy. I literally want to stay pregnant so i can carry on with the aquafit classes! I feel sad that next week will be my last one, i will really miss it as I love it so much. It helped my mental health no end, not to mention my physical health. It was very uplifting and i look forward to it each week. Debbie is an amazing person and so passionate about what she does. Highly recommend to any pregnant woman.

    I wish I’d found Debbie in my first pregnancy. I attended Buoyancy BumpFit and Pregnancy Yoga in my second pregnancy and loved both of these and know they helped me to birth my second daughter physiologically and with minimal intervention both during pregnancy and labour. Debbie is an advocate for pregnant women and is so supportive of those wanting to maintain physical activity throughout. Her passion shines through and she clearly loves her job and cares for the women she works with. Not only did she encourage me to complete a 10km event, she joined me and supported me for every step! I’d 100% recommend her and her classes to anyone I know x
