Bump Yoga+ combines the power and core strength of Pilates and functional daily movement with the beautiful release and mindfulness of yoga, to allow your body to adapt and be supported as you experience the beautiful changes of pregnancy. Focusing on balancing the body to not only minimise the common aches and discomforts but to nourish the whole entire body to remain strong yet released and supple without uncomfortable tightness.
