Bump Yoga+

A three week ONLINE course combining pregnancy education with adapted yoga, Pilates and functional, safe movement to support your body during this time of change. This course balances movement that aims to help strengthen, release, lengthen and destress tightness, all of which can help eliminate or reduce the often common aches and discomforts experienced as you journey through your second trimester.
