Qualifications Kate has been teaching yoga and fitness for more than 10 years. She holds Birthlight diplomas in Perinatal Yoga, Baby Yoga and SMART Toddler Yoga and is qualified in Yoga for Children with The Life Centre. She is a Level 3 Advanced Fitness Instructor in Ante and Postnatal Exercise and is qualified in Fitness Yoga and Pilates. Kate is fully insured with CMC Insurance Consultants.
