Early Pregnancy Yoga
A six-week course taking you through your second trimester, which is often a time of renewed energy after the fatigue and nausea of the first months. Using adapted yoga, balanced with functional movement we aim to strengthen, release, lengthen and optimise the support of your growing pregnancy without aches and discomforts.
From 14-28 weeks (at the start of the course). costs £50 including all equipment. No experience necessary.
